When it comes to maintenance, you can for example choose the following maintenance contract: Elp inspection Under this contract you are provided with basic maintenance and inspection at fixed costs. Breakdowns In case of a breakdown you can always count on ELP. We anticipate breakdowns of installations by keeping original spare parts in stock of all our manufactured, delivered and installed products. This enables us to react in an efficient manner whenever an installation breaks down. Because of our close collaboration with the technical departments of all our suppliers, our technicians are capable of repairing defects within a short period of time regardless of the type of elevator or the complexity of the defect. You can reach our breakdown service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In case of a report we respond promptly and see to it that one of our technicians is on site within one hour to give assistance.
